Support Group: 

Our support group meets the first Saturday of every month from 11:30 to 1:30pm

11:30- 12:00 pm  introductions, meet and greet
12:00-12:30pm  Open discussion
12:30- 1:15  Guest speaker (we invite professionals to educate and enlighten us on various topics including:  fitness, nutrition, holistic healing, mental health, emergency preparedness, etc.)
1:15- 1:30  What are you thankful for? What are you looking forward to? Etc.
